I grew up on our beautiful Crystal Coastal and have enjoyed the beaches, boating, and atmosphere of coastal living for much of my life. I am a graduate of Appalachian State University with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. For 6 years I lived in Charlotte, NC where I worked as a Pediatric Cardiology RN; however, my husband and I decided Charlotte was no longer for us and it was time to move back to the coast.
I can tell you I have strong negotiating skills,local market knowledge, and so forth, and of course I do, but the most important tool I can provide you is my passion. I got into the industry because I fell in love with it. I love homes, the character of each one, and the wonderful people I meet along the way. I love hearing people's stories; stories on what they love about their current home or dreams of their future home. Real estate can be stressful, but I do my best to make the process as enjoyable as possible for you.
I have been selling real estate for 3 years now. During the course of my first year I received 3 Rookie of the Year awards for Outstanding Ethics and Sales Production, Highest Dollar Amount and Highest Number of Sales for a new Carteret County Association of Realtors member. I pride myself on being hardworking and pay close attention to details which are key elements in assisting clients to purchase and sell real estate.
