What's the first thing you think of when you think of real estate? The first things that pop in my mind are gorgeous brick buildings, historical homes and our locally famous blue-bridge. The second thing I think about is how weird it is that I basically help people buy chunks of Earth for a living...then I guess I start to think about how creepy it is that I get to legally walk around in strangers homes with people they don't know for a living...Okay, I'm getting off track.
My POINT is Grand Rapids is my passion and representing the community within it is what I was put on this Earth to do. Let me be the agent to help you (and probably your dog) buy your first home in the city or the agent to help you downsize in the country. I believe that no matter what step in life you are in, life is way too short to not have fun. My team and I will do everything to take the stress of home buying off your plate, so you can experience the joy of buying a chunk of Earth (still such a weird concept...).
I also believe that honesty, transparency, timely communication, and good ol' fashioned negotiation skills are the true requirements of an outstanding Realtor. Bonus points if they dance in the title office after closing with you (oh wait...that might just be me).
